dc.descriptionThis project is a guide for teachers about a training to the induction on the vocational fields of students with intellectual disability belonging to the Ngabe Bugle. The main objective of this project is to create a vocational guide for teachers in order to develop skills and competences, independence and social integration of students with special educational needs and intellectual disabilities to making crafts or creating projects made with recycled materials. The guide provides teachers with valuable information that promotes the stimulation of the students in technical careers. Such students will also have the opportunities to become an active part of vocational fields. The content of this project is approached from a qualitative viewpoint, observing the needs of the students and responding to them. Not only does the guide consider the students with intellectual disabilities and educational needs, but it is also addressed to grade teachers in such a way that they can put the guide into practice with the activities and the procedures; thus the constant students’ evaluation within the project allows them to develop competences and skills without excluding them from their grade main contents.
dc.description.abstractEste proyecto es una guía dirigida a docentes sobre una inducción al campo vocacional de estudiantes con discapacidad intelectual y necesidades educativas especiales de origen Ngäbe Buglé y tiene como objetivo principal elaborar una guía vocacional dirigida a docentes para generar habilidades y competencias de autonomía, adaptación e integración social con discapacidad intelectual y necesidades educativas especiales mediante la realización de manualidades o proyectos elaborados con material reciclados, procurando la inducción a las carreras técnicas y posteriormente al campo vocacional. Se analiza el contenido desde el enfoque cualitativo, observando las necesidades y dando respuestas a éstas, tomando en cuenta a los estudiantes con discapacidad intelectual y necesidades educativas especiales pero dirigido a los docente de las distintas asignaturas donde ponen en práctica la guía mencionada con las actividades y el procedimiento, siendo posible evaluar a los estudiantes mediante proyectos educativos brindándole la oportunidad de desarrollar competencias y habilidades, sin la necesidad de excluirlo de los contenidos de su grado.
