Uso de e-learning en el Diplomado de Inspección, calidad y tecnología en UDELAS, Extensión Azuero

| dc.description | The purpose of this study is to present the use of E-learning platforms that will provide updated guides and training for the education of Technical Inspectors, strengthening the curriculum of the Diplomas offered by the Specialized University of the Americas, Azuero Extension. The research design is mixed, combining qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching strategies and methodologies in virtual environments. The type of study is exploratory and descriptive. This research is aimed at students and professionals in the Bachelor of Civil Engineering program, construction-related careers, and government entities. The most relevant results indicate that the use of these E-learning platforms enables the acquisition of significant and up-to-date learning, equipping students, and professionals to face and solve current situations in the construction field. Additionally, continuous improvement in job performance was observed, ensuring quality inspections, and applying technologies that contribute to human and environmental well-being. As a proposal, training is presented on planning, procedures, methods, virtual teaching strategies, and regulations necessary for students to understand and apply the use of E-learning platforms in the development of construction projects. | |
| dc.description.abstract | La finalidad de este estudio es presentar el uso de plataformas E-learning que impartirán guías y capacitaciones actualizadas para la formación de Inspectores Técnicos, fortaleciendo el plan curricular de los Diplomados ofrecidos por la Universidad Especializada de las Américas Extensión Azuero. El diseño de investigación es mixto, combinando métodos cualitativos y cuantitativos para evaluar la eficacia de las estrategias y metodologías de enseñanza en entornos virtuales. El tipo de estudio es exploratorio y descriptivo. Esta investigación está dirigida a estudiantes y profesionales de la Licenciatura en Ingeniería Civil, carreras afines a la Construcción y entidades gubernamentales. Los resultados más relevantes indican que el uso de estas plataformas E-learning permite la adquisición de aprendizajes significativos y actualizados, lo que capacita a los estudiantes y profesionales para enfrentar y solucionar situaciones actuales en el ámbito de la construcción. Además, se observó una mejora continua en el desempeño laboral, asegurando inspecciones de calidad y aplicando tecnologías que contribuyen al bienestar humano y medioambiental. Se presenta como propuesta una capacitación sobre la planificación, procedimientos, métodos, estrategias de enseñanza virtual y reglamentaciones necesarias para que los estudiantes comprendan y apliquen el uso de plataformas E-learning en el desarrollo de las obras de construcción. | |
