The present research aims to design, implement, and execute training for the management of minor reasonable adjustments for students in the educational inclusion program of the Urraca Institute. It will be carried out through observation, analysis, application of instruments, and validation of the population, recorded in the statistical data of the Panamanian Institute of Special Education and MEDUCA, present in the program that addresses special educational needs (SEN). The objective is to design training for the teaching staff who teach subjects such as physics, chemistry, and biology, and to provide them with a guide on the attention and management of minor reasonable adjustments for students with autism spectrum disorders and ADHD. The population includes 26 teachers of academic subjects and 16 students with both disorders. The study will have a mixed approach, qualitative and quantitative, with an experimental design, encompassing two groups in the morning and evening sessions, of a descriptive field type, seeking to specify some characteristics of these students. It is assumed that without a foundation or real knowledge of the procedure manual governing special educational needs, it is impossible to make reasonable adjustments according to the disability condition and functionality of these students. With the design and execution of the training program for minor reasonable adjustments, the aim is to improve the management of these conditions, thus optimizing the teaching learning process.
