| dc.description | This research makes an analysis based on couples therapy, where the epistemology of couples therapy with a single patient is studied. The purpose is to learn the narrative elements of the cases of four women and the factor that influence the interpretation of hostility, also trying to illustrate factors that can occur in the therapeutic situation of marital conflict. The basic premise is to show how the conflict alters the way in which the parties separate and begin to translate or interpret the actions of the other from a hostile narrative and from the framework of their own mind, ceasing to have contact with the interactive and relational reality as a couple. They come to have a "translation" of the person, of themselves, of the relational contents of that person's mind; where the other person is no longer represented. This study is carried out using a qualitative case study design and its results provide suggestions for therapists who will see more patients at an individual level. These results serve to generate context and understand, from a more relational and contextual perspective, what happens with couples. By way of conclusion, a complex perspective is offered about how the construction of the imaginary of the couple occurs in the mind of each member, who in a conflict situation do not coincide in their reading of "who we are" and can be read from a lack of security. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación consiste en un análisis basado en la terapia de pareja, donde se estudia la epistemología de este tipo de terapia con un solo paciente. El propósito es conocer los elementos narrativos de los casos de cuatro mujeres y los elementos que inciden en la interpretación de hostilidad, pretendiendo también ilustrar factores que se pueden dar en la situación terapéutica de conflicto marital. La premisa básica es mostrar cómo el conflicto altera la forma en que las partes se separan y pasan a traducir o interpretar las acciones del otro desde una narrativa hostil y desde el marco de su propia mente, dejando de tener contacto con la realidad interactiva y relacional de la comunicación en pareja. Pasan a tener una “traducción” propia de la persona, de sí, de los contenidos relacionales de la mente de esa persona; donde ya no está representada la otra persona. Este estudio se lleva a cabo mediante un diseño de estudio de casos cualitativo. Los resultados de este estudio arrojan sugerencias para terapeutas que verán más pacientes a nivel individual y los mismos sirven para generar contexto y entender desde una perspectiva más relacional y contextual, qué pasa con las parejas. A modo de conclusión se ofrece un análisis complejo de cómo se da la construcción del imaginario de la pareja en la mente de cada miembro, que en una situación de conflicto no coinciden en su lectura de “quiénes somos” y se puede dar una lectura desde una falta de seguridad. | en_US |
