dc.description	The study Family Factors Associated with the Learning of the Ngäbere Language in Students of the Centro Educativo Bilingüe de Teobroma, has as a general objective to verify the association that exists between family factors and the learning of Ngäbere, in the fifth grade students of this school. The methodology used consisted of a non-experimental design and in the same vein, the type of study was descriptive, cross-sectional and mixed modality. The population was the community of the Teobroma Basic Education Center, specifically in a sample of 25 people: 1 administrator, 10 fathers and mothers of families, 4 teachers, 10 students. As a data collection instrument, a survey was used, adjusted to each stratum investigated. The results show that the precarious situation of the family economy, as well as the lack of basic services, mixed social integration and not speaking the language within the family, represent decisive factors in the learning of Ngäbere by V students. °. In conclusion, family factors are directly associated with learning the mother tongue for these students.
dc.description.abstract	El estudio Factores familiares asociados al aprendizaje de la lengua Ngäbere en alumnos del Centro Educativo Bilingüe de Teobroma, tiene como objetivo general verificar la asociación que existe entre los factores familiares y el aprendizaje del Ngäbere, en los alumnos de quinto grado de esta escuela. La metodología utilizada consistió en un diseño no experimental y, en la misma línea, el tipo de estudio fue descriptivo, transversal y de modalidad mixta. La población fue la comunidad del Centro de Educación Básica Teobroma, específicamente en una muestra de 25 personas: 1 administrador, 10 padres y madres de familia, 4 maestros, 10 estudiantes. Como instrumento de recolección de datos se utilizó una encuesta ajustada a cada estrato investigado. Los resultados muestran que la precaria situación de la economía familiar, así como la falta de servicios básicos, la integración social mixta y el no hablar el idioma dentro de la familia, representan factores decisivos en el aprendizaje de Ngäbere por parte de los alumnos de V. °. En conclusión, los factores familiares están directamente asociados con el aprendizaje de la lengua materna de estos estudiantes.	en_US
