dc.description	The work presented below refers to "Music to improve the psychomotor development of students with cerebral palsy at the Palmira School" constitutes an investigative document where art is highlighted as a therapeutic tool. Its general objective is to demonstrate the effectiveness of music in the psychomotor development of the student with paralysis at the Palmira School and as specific objectives to identify the appropriate types of music to improve the psychomotor development in the student with cerebral palsy, also to mention the activities Appropriate didactics to improve the psychomotor development of the student with cerebral palsy and Determine the advances in psychomotor development after applying the appropriate music. The research was framed within a qualitative, descriptive action research design, the population was made up of a mother, the student, and a graduate teacher, where it was approached and completed successfully. The instruments and data collection techniques were framed with field observation and the interview provided the requested information related to the proposed objectives. As a result of this research, it was obtained that the collaboration of the family environment, as a data collection activity, was fundamental, since it demonstrated the reliability of the contributions provided where it is concluded that music is effective to improve the psychomotor development of students with cerebral palsy. Every time the instruments are applied, this information was important because the student showed progress in psychomotor development.
dc.description.abstract	El Trabajo que a continuación se presenta se refiere a “La música para mejorar el desarrollo psicomotor del estudiante con parálisis cerebral de la Escuela de Palmira” constituye un documento investigativo donde se destaca el arte como herramienta terapéutica. Tiene como objetivo general Demostrar la efectividad que tiene la música en el desarrollo psicomotor del estudiante con parálisis en la Escuela de Palmira y como objetivos específicos Identificar los tipos de música apropiados para mejorar el desarrollo psicomotor en el estudiante con parálisis cerebral, también, mencionar las actividades didácticas apropiadas para mejorar el desarrollo psicomotor del estudiante con parálisis cerebral y determinar los avances en el desarrollo psicomotor luego de aplicadas la música apropiadas. La investigación se enmarcó dentro de un diseño cualitativo, de investigación acción de tipo descriptivo la población estuvo constituida por una madre de familia la estudiante y una docente de grado donde se abordó y completó, de manera exitosa, la misma. Los instrumentos y técnicas de recolección de datos estuvieron enmarcados con la observación de campo y la entrevista esta brindó la información solicitada afines con los objetivos propuestos. Como resultado de esta investigación se obtuvo que la colaboración del entorno familiar, como actividad de recolección de datos, resultó fundamental, pues demostró la fiabilidad de los aportes brindados donde se concluye que la música resulta efectiva para mejorar el desarrollo psicomotor de estudiantes con parálisis cerebral. Toda vez que es aplicada los instrumentos esta información fue importante porque el estudiante demostró avances en el desarrollo psicomotor.	en_US
