| dc.description | This professional practice report is entitled: Ergonomic study of employees of the raw material area of the company SAPRISA (Bonlac). Its objective is to identify and assess the present ergonomic risk, through the application of the ERIN and RULA methods. Subjectively, the analysis of the ergonomic health of the workers is achieved with the application of the perceived work stress questionnaire. Seven tasks were selected within the area of raw material, they were analyzed by means of the technical sheets of the two selected methods ERIN and RULA, allowing at the end of this study to establish a comparison by tasks of the different levels of ergonomic risks found and the recommended measures according to each of the methods used. The methodological application results in an important commitment to physical and mental health in the workers, produced by the high demand and workload present in the raw material area of SAPRISA. It is concluded that the ergonomic risk factor presents alarming levels in all the tasks studied. It is proposed to the company SAPRISA to take preventive and corrective measures such as: the implementation of a program of active breaks and timely maintenance to the machinery that supports the tasks within the area of raw material. | |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente informe de práctica profesional se titula: Estudio ergonómico a los trabajadores del área de materia prima de la empresa SAPRISA (Bonlac). Su objetivo es el de determinar y valorar el riesgo ergonómico presente, mediante la aplicación de los métodos ERIN y RULA. De manera subjetiva se logra el análisis de la salud ergonómica de los trabajadores con la aplicación del cuestionario de estrés laboral percibido. Se seleccionan 7 tareas dentro del área de materia prima, las mismas fueron analizadas por medio de las hojas técnicas de los dos métodos seleccionados ERIN y RULA, permitiendo al finalizar este estudio establecer una comparación por tareas de los diferentes niveles de riesgos ergonómicos encontrados y las medidas recomendadas según cada uno de los métodos empleados. La aplicación metodológica arroja como resultado un importante compromiso a la salud física y mental en los trabajadores, producida por la alta demanda y carga de trabajo presente en el área de materia prima de SAPRISA. Se concluye que el factor de riesgo ergonómico presenta niveles alarmantes en todas las tareas estudiadas. Se le propone a la empresa SAPRISA tomar medidas preventivas y correctivas tales como: la implementación de un programa de pausas activas y mantenimiento oportuno a las maquinarias que apoyan las tareas dentro del área de materia prima. | en_US |
