Estrategias pedagógicas para la atención de los trastornos neuromotores del Instituto Panameño de Habilitación Especial de Santiago, 2025

| dc.description | The objective of this research is to analyze pedagogical strategies, institutional resources, and the level of preparation. A descriptive research design with a quantitative approach was used to identify patterns of intervention, frequency of use of curricular adaptations, and availability of accessible infrastructure. The study is classified as non-experimental and cross-sectional, given that the information was obtained through a survey of specialist teachers without manipulation of variables.The results reveal that most staff have direct experience with different neuromotor conditions, with cerebral palsy being the most common. Subsequently, the results show that the center demonstrates a strong commitment to inclusive education, supported by consolidated pedagogical practices, although conditioned by structural and technological restrictions that still need to be addressed to ensure a fully accessible and equitable educational response. | |
| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de esta investigación recae en analizar las estrategias pedagógicas, los recursos institucionales y el nivel de preparación. En el cual, se utilizó un diseño de investigación de tipo descriptivo, con enfoque cuantitativo, orientado a identificar patrones de intervención, frecuencia de uso de adaptaciones curriculares y disponibilidad de infraestructura accesible. El estudio tiene como clasificación como no experimental y de corte transversal, dado que la información se obtuvo mediante la aplicación de una encuesta a docentes especialistas sin manipulación de variables. Los resultados revelan que la mayoría del personal posee experiencia directa con distintas condiciones neuromotoras, siendo la parálisis cerebral la más atendida. Posteriormente, los resultados permiten precisar que el centro demuestra un fuerte compromiso con la educación inclusiva, sustentado en prácticas pedagógicas consolidadas, aunque condicionado por restricciones estructurales y tecnológicas que aún deben ser atendidas para garantizar una respuesta educativa plenamente accesible y equitativa. | |
