dc.description	The purpose of this report is to propose a program or guide through physical conditioning for students who have rates of overweight or obesity who are treated at the Panamanian Institute for Special Habilitation, Veraguas, with the aim of improving or decreasing the body weight of each individual and that way improve your quality of life and physical performance. This work is carried out in the modality of degree work, where the sample was represented by 10 students attending the IPHE, who were treated in the area of physiotherapy. Verify an evaluation in order to collect initial and final data in order to structure tables and graphs for tables and obtain results about recovery in each of the alterations presented by patients due to overweight or obesity. This work seeks to improve the quality of life of patients, strengthen their weaknesses, improve alterations and mainly develop skills in sports practice.
dc.description.abstract	El propósito de este informe es proponer un programa o guía mediante el acondicionamiento físico para estudiantes que presentan índices de sobrepeso u obesidad que son atendidos en el Instituto Panameño de Habilitación Especial de Veraguas, con el objetivo de disminuir el peso corporal de cada individuo y de esa manera mejorar su calidad de vida y desempeño físico. Este trabajo se realiza en la modalidad de trabajo de grado, donde la muestra estuvo representada por 10 estudiantes que acuden al IPHE, los cuales fueron atendidos en el área de fisioterapia.	en_US
