| dc.description | The problem of this study lies in and is related to pregnant mothers who, due to different causes or situations, neglect the risk factors or signs during pregnancy that may incur in the birth of preterm products, the recommendations that allow a risk-free pregnancy process. From there, the objective of the research is understood is to point out the risk factors which can cause the birth of preterm children. For this purpose, these factors are described, and prenatal hazards are classified. In the methodological part, the information collection was carried out through a consultation that was made to the staff of the Neonatology room of the Dr. Luis “Chicho” Fábrega Hospital. The results obtained lead to the conclusion that outreach actions are needed among expectant mothers who come to this hospital, with the arguments that warn them about the problems that can compromise the health of premature children and, consequently, the benefits to comply with the prenatal controls and the follow-up of the indications that are indicated during and after the period of pregnancy at birth | |
| dc.description.abstract | En este estudio de investigación realizado como requisito para optar al título Magister tiene por título: Factores de riesgo prenatal, perinatal y postnatales que influyen en los nacimientos pretérminos en el Hospital Luis Chicho Fábrega 2019. La problemática de este estudio radica y se relaciona con las madres gestantes que por distintas causas o situaciones desatienden durante el embarazo los factores o señales de riesgo que puede incurrir en el nacimiento de productos pretérminos, las recomendaciones que permiten un proceso de gestación sin riesgos. A partir de allí se comprende el objetivo que apunta la investigación consiste en señalar los factores de riesgo los cuales pueden provocar el nacimiento de niños pretérminos. Para ese efecto se describen dichos factores, y se clasifican los peligros prenatales. En la parte metodológica, la recolección de información se realizó mediante una consulta que se realizó al personal de la sala de Neonatología del Hospital Dr. Luis “Chicho” Fábrega. Los resultados obtenidos llevan a la conclusión de que se necesitan acciones de divulgación entre las madres gestantes que acuden a este centro hospitalario, con los argumentos que les prevengan sobre los problemas que pueden comprometer la salud de los niños prematuro y, por consiguiente, los beneficios de cumplir con los controles prenatales y el seguimiento de las indicaciones que se indiquen durante y posterior del periodo de embarazo al nacimiento. | en_US |
