Recursos didácticos adaptados para la enseñanza de las matemáticas en estudiantes con discapacidad visual atendidos en el IPHE de Santiago

| dc.description | Teaching students with visual impairment is essential to achieve their autonomy and inclusion in the educational center and subsequent academic training; however, it is necessary to adapt methodologies that help achieve the objective. This study examines the relevance of adapted teaching materials in mathematics instruction for students with visual impairments. The primary objective is to evaluate how the use of these tools enhances and optimizes teaching and learning dynamics for this specific group. The methodology used is based on non-experimental research and a descriptive study; in addition, the survey applied to 15 special teachers of the IPHE of Santiago was used. The results showed that it is necessary to strengthen didactic and pedagogical strategies through changes that motivate students with visual disabilities to participate actively in inclusive classrooms. | |
| dc.description.abstract | La enseñanza a estudiantes con discapacidad visual es fundamental para lograr su autonomía y su inclusión al centro educativo y posterior formación académica; sin embargo, se hace necesaria la adaptación de metodologías que ayuden a lograr el objetivo. El presente estudio examina la relevancia de los materiales didácticos adaptados en la instrucción matemática para alumnos con discapacidad visual. El propósito central es evaluar cómo el empleo de dichas herramientas potencia y optimiza las dinámicas de enseñanza y aprendizaje en este grupo específico. La metodología utilizada se basa en una investigación no experimental y un estudio de tipo descriptivo; además, se utilizó la encuesta aplicada a 15 docentes especiales del IPHE de Santiago. Los resultados arrojaron que es necesario fortalecer las estrategias didácticas y pedagógicas a través de cambios que motiven al estudiante con discapacidad visual a participar en las aulas inclusivas de manera activa. | |
