Comunicación interna efectiva, pilar para el desempeño laboral del personal administrativo de UDELAS-Panamá

dc.descriptionCommunication is considered the root of information science; this can occur between two more people and is essential to establish relationships. For the proper functioning of the company, it is necessary that internal communication be fluid, clear, timely, truthful and up to date, this in turn will allow obtaining a good organizational climate that facilitates efficient work performance in workers. The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of internal communication on the job performance of public servants at UDELAS, Panama headquarters. The research design is non-experimental with a single application because no variable will be manipulated (Palella and Martins, 2010). In addition, the study is crosssectional because it will only be measured once on the timeline, descriptive because it details the characteristics of the variables evaluated, that is, the phenomenon is made known (Hernández, 2010). The results gave evidence that the internal communication of the public servants of the UDELAS - Panama headquarters is effective, because 72% of the workers reported it. An analysis of job performance is also carried out, where 75.8% indicated that they do consider having a good job performance. Responding to the general objective, if there is adequate internal communication in the institution and as a consequence there is a good job performance.
dc.description.abstractLa comunicación es considerada la raíz de la ciencia de la información, esta se puede dar entre dos más personas y es fundamental para entablar relaciones. Para el buen funcionamiento de la empresa se hace necesario que la comunicación interna sea fluida, clara, oportuna, veraz y actualizada, esto a su vez permitirá obtener un buen clima organizacional que, facilita el eficiente desempeño laboral en los trabajadores. El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar la influencia de la comunicación interna en el desempeño laboral de los servidores públicos de la UDELAS sede Panamá. El diseño de investigación es no experimental de una sola aplicación, porque no se manipulará ninguna variable (Palella y Martins ,2010). Además, el estudio es transversal, puesto que solo semedirá una vez en la línea del tiempo descriptivo; ya que detalla las características de las variables evaluadas, es decir se da a conocer el fenómeno (Hernández, 2010). Los resultados dieron evidencia que la comunicación interna de los servidores públicos de la UDELAS –sede Panamá es efectiva, debido a que, el 72% de los trabajadores así lo reportaron. También se lleva a cabo un análisis del desempeño laboral, donde el 75.8% indicaron que sí consideran tener un buen desempeño laboral. Respondiendo al objetivo general, si se da una comunicación interna adecuada en la institución y como consecuencia, un buen desempeño laboral.en_US
