Competencias académicas acorde con la reinserción laboral de las privadas de libertad en Chiriquí

dc.contributorAs a research work, it deals with the Academic Competences in accordance with the Labor Reintegration of the women deprived of liberty of Chiriquí. Its general objective is to evaluate the existing educational competencies in the education programs taught at the Los Algarrobos Women's Rehabilitation Center, according to the existing labor demands in the labor field; as specific objectives to identify the types of competences contained in educational programs and analyze the demands of the labor field in relation to labor reintegration. The methodology used has a qualitative design of action and descriptive research, since procedures and characteristics of the qualitative approach were described. The population was made up of administrative personnel in charge of educational programs in the penitentiary center, merchants in the labor field. The data collection instruments used are the interview, document analysis and field observation. The results obtained showed that the academic competencies in the educational programs of the penitentiary lack professional training, since they do not contain educational programs at the university level, thus limiting the training to the level of the demands of the labor field. However, training through training courses provides women deprived of liberty with training in new skills that favor their reintegration into society. In the labor field there are certain jobs that require professional preparation, as well as work experience according to the functions to be carried out, with this, the professional preparation that education programs in the penitentiary lack is essential.

dc.description.abstractEsta investigación trata sobre las Competencias Académicas acorde con la Reinserción Laboral de las privadas de libertad de Chiriquí. Tiene como objetivo general evaluar las competencias educativas existentes en los programas de educación impartidos en el Centro Femenino de Rehabilitación Los Algarrobos, acorde a las exigencias laborales existentes en el campo laboral; como objetivos específicos identificar los tipos de competencias que contienen los programas educativos y analizar las exigencias del campo laboral en relación a la reinserción laboral. La metodología empleada tiene un diseño cualitativo de investigación acción y descriptiva, ya que se describieron procedimientos y características propias del enfoque cualitativo. La población estuvo constituida por personal administrativo encargado de los programas educativos en centro penitenciario, comerciantes del campo laboral. Los instrumentos de recolección de datos utilizados se encuentran la entrevista, análisis de documentos y observación de campo. Los resultados obtenidos demostraron que las competencias académicas en los programas educativos del centro penitenciario carecen de formación profesional, ya que no contienen programas educativos a nivel universitario, limitando de esta manera la formación a nivel de las exigencias del campo laboral. Sin embargo, la formación por medio de los cursos de capacitación aporta a las privadas de libertad la formación en nuevas habilidades que favorecen su reinserción a la sociedad. En el campo laboral, existen puestos de trabajo que requieren una preparación profesional, así como experiencia laboral de acuerdo a las funciones a desarrollar, con esto es imprescindible la preparación profesional que carece los programas de educación en el centro penitenciario.en_US
