Abstract
El siguiente trabajo investigativo está enfocado en analizar la relación que existe
entre el estrés y el régimen alimenticio influyentes en la sintomatología de la
gastritis en estudiantes de la licenciatura en ciencias de la enfermería de la
Universidad especializada de las Américas. De igual manera este trabajo
investigativo presenta los siguientes objetivos específicos, identificar las
evidencias de estrés que presentan los estudiantes de enfermería de la
Universidad Especializada de las Américas 2020, determinar que estilo de
régimen alimenticio presentan frecuentemente los estudiantes de enfermería de
la Universidad Especializada de las Américas 2020 y por ultimo indagar las
características presentes en la sintomatología de gastritis en estudiantes de
enfermería de la Universidad Especializada de las Américas 2020. El tipo de
metodología de este trabajo investigativo es cuantitativo, no experimental,
transversal, exploratorio, descriptivo y correlacional. La población está compuesta
por 105 estudiantes hombres y mujeres de los distintos niveles de la licenciatura
en Ciencias de la Enfermería de la Universidad Especializada de las Américas.
Así mismo, se procedió a utilizar la población total para realizar el estudio. El
instrumento de recolección de datos que se utilizo fue un cuestionario de encueta.
Como resultado se conoció que existe influencia entre el estrés y el régimen
alimenticio con la presencia de sintomatología de la patología del sistema
digestivo denominada gastritis. Se logró obtener resultados que permiten brindar
técnicas y estrategias con el fin de prevenir, reducir y tratar a tiempo este trastorno
del sistema digestivo que representa un riesgo para la salud de los estudiantes de
la licenciatura en Ciencias de la Enfermería de la Universidad Especializada de
las Américas.
Description
The following investigative work is focused on analyzing the relationship between stress and the predominant diet in the symptomatology of gastritis in students of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the specialized University of the Americas. In the same way, this investigative work presents the following specific objectives, to identify the evidence of stress presented by nursing students of the Specialized University of the Americas 2020, to determine what style of additional regimen the nursing students of the Specialized University of the Americas frequently present. Americas 2020 and finally to investigate the characteristics present in the symptomatology of gastritis in nursing students of the Specialized University of the Americas 2020. The type of methodology of this research work is quantitative, nonexperimental, cross-sectional, exploratory, descriptive and correlational. The population is made up of 105 male and female students of the different levels of the Bachelor's degree in Nursing Sciences from the Specialized University of the Americas. Likewise, the total population was used to carry out the study. The data collection instrument used was a survey questionnaire. As a result, it was known that there is an influence between stress and diet with the presence of symptoms of the pathology of the digestive system called gastritis. It will be improved to obtain results that allow providing techniques and strategies in order to prevent, reduce and treat in time this disorder of the digestive system that represents a risk to the health of the students of the degree in Nursing Sciences of the Specialized University of the Americas.
