The research is of non-experimental design with a type of descriptive study, it has a mixed approach, because it is intended to observe the phenomenon as it happens in reality. Regarding the results obtained through the data collection technique, the population considers that with 52.5% domestic violence exists moderately, with 60% it considers that it has been warned and with 97.5% it indicates that it is the main aggressor. of domestic violence against men and the violence that is most frequently perceived is physical violence with 47.5%. In the Chirú community, regarding the consumption of alcoholic beverages, the results showed that with 52.5% of alcohol consumed occasionally and its degree of consumption is 75%. In turn with 67.5% considering that alcoholic beverages uncontrol the behavior of the individual. In conclusión, it is considered that the domestic violence that occurs in the Chirú community is related to the consumption of alcoholic beverages in the inhabitants.La presente investigación se realizó con el fin de analizar la influencia del consumo de bebidas alcohólicas en el aumento de la violencia doméstica en el Corregimiento del Chirú, Distrito de Antón, el mismo busca Identificar el tipo de violencia doméstica que afecta a los habitantes, Determinar la incidencia del consumo de bebidas alcohólicas en hombres y mujeres, evaluar los efectos del consumo de bebidas alcohólicas en el comportamiento de los habitantes del corregimiento del Chirú. La investigación es de diseño no experimental con un tipo de estudio de carácter descriptivo, cuenta con un enfoque mixto, porque se pretende observar el fenómeno tal y como sucede en la realidad. Con respecto a los resultados obtenidos mediante la técnica de recolección de datos, la población considera que con un 52.5% la violencia doméstica existe moderadamente, con un 60% consideran que si ha aumentado y con un 97.5% señalan como principal agresor de la violencia doméstica al hombre y la violencia que se percibe con mayor frecuencia es la violencia física con un 47.5%. En la comunidad del Chirú con respecto al consumo de bebidas alcohólicas los resultados arrojaron que con un 52.5% consumen alcohol ocasionalmente y su grado de consumo es de un 75%. A su vez con un 67.5% consideran que las bebidas alcohólicas descontrolan el comportamiento del individuo.
